This collection of smooth jazz style relaxing music was the first CD I released. It was produced in my home studio, and was an expression of the time: easy, relaxed vibe with influences from Vangelis, Kitaro, Lee Ritenour & Dave Grusin. The album came out in 2003, and both of my (then small) daughters' voices speaking in the background are on the track Macrocosm.

Sound Meditation
I am a certified practitioner of Reiki and a certified sound healer. Sound frequencies have a wealth of positive effects for a human body and the effects of a good sound bath are undeniable. Meditating to the healing sound frequencies tuned to specific notes of our Chakras makes for an amazing relaxation therapy.
